BatchPatch is “try before you buy” downloadable software. As such, we generally do *not* accept returns. If you encounter a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days with a detailed description of the situation. At our sole discretion, a full or partial refund may be offered, depending on the nature of the issue.
We strongly encourage you to try the evaluation version of BatchPatch before purchasing licenses in order to determine its suitability for your environment. If the evaluation version is not sufficient for evaluating the product in your environment, please contact us.
