  • Licensing is per-user. A user is any individual associated with your organization who uses (installs, configures, accesses, launches, runs, operates, administers) BatchPatch, whether an employee or independent contractor. Typically this is an IT Administrator, Analyst, Engineer, or Manager etc.
  • Purchase one license for each individual who will use (install, configure, access, launch, run, operate, administer) BatchPatch on your organization’s computers/networks. Licenses may *not* be “shared” by multiple people.

Support and Update Protection:

  • Support: Priority support is provided via email. We always respond to inquiries as rapidly as possible, frequently within minutes. We pride ourselves on providing prompt, courteous, and helpful support. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or problems.
  • Update Protection: During your update protection period you may download and use new versions of BatchPatch that are released. Your license will continue to be valid for new versions that you download within your update protection period, but when your update protection period expires, you will no longer be able to upgrade to newer versions or access previous versions. Your existing copy of the software (the latest version that you downloaded within your update protection period) will remain fully functional.


  • Credit Cards / PayPal: For customers who pay by credit card or PayPal through our website (using the links in the grid at the top of this page), license keys will be delivered upon receipt of payment to the email address provided during checkout. If you place an order but do not receive the license information, please make sure to check your spam filter. Contact us with any problems or concerns.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer: We accept domestic and international electronic funds transfers. If this is your preferred method of payment, please contact us for details. Wire transfer will generally require an additional processing fee. There is no fee for ACH.
  • Bank Checks: If your organization has a US presence, we are happy to accept payment in the form of a bank check in US funds drawn on a US bank. Contact us for payment instructions.
  • Formal Quotes: If your company policy requires that you obtain a written quote before you place an order, please contact us. For fastest processing, please make sure to include the company/organization name, address, and your contact information, along with the number of licenses required and the number of years of support and update protection desired.
