Windows Updates

Hi, we had noticed for the last 3 days when checking for available Windows updates, the Batchpatch shows that there is a number of available updates, when we choose to download and install Windows updates for the selected machine, Batchpatch starts the process but it gives us that there are no applicable updates in the filtered collection, we disabled the Cashed mode in the setting but with no luck.

please advise
