Scheduled Email Report

I’m having trouble getting my scheduled email report to work correctly. I feel like this is such a simple task that I must be overlooking something simple, and I’ll facepalm myself afterwards.

I want to have a report of all of the hosts patching activity emailed to me as a single report the following day. For example, I have a bunch of hosts that will patch Friday night, and I would like to receive a single report of all of the patching on Saturday morning.

Keeping in mind, I want to get just one email report for all of the hosts in this grid. The issue I’m having is, in the email settings if I change either “Body content” or “HTML attachment content” from the default $row to $grid, then I don’t receive an email. Both body content and HTML attachment content must be set to $row, and then I receive the email.

What am I missing here?
