Requesting help creating sequence

I need some help please.
Using BP, after I update servers manually during the day time…here is what I need to be able to do, starting at 1 AM:

1. Reboot group of servers (database servers)
2. Wait 15 minutes after they come back online
3. Reboot group of servers (application servers)
4. Wait 5 minutes
5. Send e-mail status

I have been reading these articles, tried step by step, but some of it is going above my head, sorry 🙁
