    Hello!
I use BatchPatch in offline mode. When I run “Check for avalibale updates”, some PCs show that there are none, although updates are missing. It concerns Windows 10 PCs.
    Thanks for an info.

    Greetings
    Thomas

Offline mode does not deliver the exact same set of updates that online mode delivers. This is explained more at the link below:

I read the info but didn’t quite understand why there would be such a big difference in patch levels on the same PCs. At the moment, the current patch level is probably Win 10 (19044).
With a few PCs that is also the case.
I have many PCs with the same hardware and there the patch levels are between 18363 and 19043.
What can I do to raise the patch level? I have searched whether I have the possibility to manually apply a patch but found nothing. Or have I simply overlooked it again?
    Thank you.

Perhaps I misunderstood your first posting. And to be honest I’m not sure I understand what you’re describing in your second posting either. It’s unclear to me exactly what you are experiencing on your machines, so at this point I would need more details from you before I can give you a proper explanation of what is going on and how to resolve it. Can you try to describe again exactly what you are seeing occur in BatchPatch as compared to what you think that you should be seeing? Please be as descriptive as possible. Or if you can share screenshots and logs (HTML grid export would be very helpful), feel free to contact us directly via the contact page on our website for support via email instead of here on the forum.
