No updates found in BP, but updates show available on the client

I tried looking on existing posts and didn’t see anything that was related to my issue, unless I overlooked. About 4 months ago, we started having the issue to where BatchPatch does not show any updates available on a server, but if we log directly onto the server, updates are showing available. We have seen this with different server operating systems 2016/2019/2022. Has anyone else seen this? We were running an older version of BP so we updated to the latest, still the same issue.
