I’ve been having issues in the last few months where Batchpatch just stops processing job queues. It doesn’t error out, it just stops processing after awhile. I have several devices right now that are all stopped at the same step in the job queue (deleting a folder) and some have been sitting like that for 12 hours. It’s already completed the task of deleting the folder, it just doesn’t move on to the next, as though the job is pausing itself. If I re-push the job or start the job on a different computer, it completes the whole job fine. And it’s not the same step every day that it stops on. Yesterday, it was a different one that it paused on.

I keep having to stop all jobs, close/reopen BP, re-import the devices, and start all over. I’m not sure what to do at this point or how to remedy it but it’s making it very difficult to use.
Has something changed where jobs stop processing if my computer goes to sleep? I often push jobs overnight and it’s not been an issue until recently.
    Version 2024.2.1.12.10

Edit: “goes to sleep” is not what I meant. I lock my PC and let the jobs run but my computer is not actually sleeping

I’d want to view an HTML grid export (File > Export grid to HTML) in order to see what might be happening, along with a screenshot of your job queue settings. Feel free to contact support directly since we can’t look at these things on the forum here.

Ok, will do. I’ve already deleted everything today and started back over so I’m fine right this second but I’ll send it the next time it freezes
