Hello,
we are using the newest batchpatch version (2016.7.7.13.40).
With the newest version i have the problem, that the remote commands (logged output) are not working anymore. I get an error “failed to connect to an IPC Port: Access denied – unable to communicate remoting error”.
This error is new and until the update the remote commands are working fine. We didnt change anything on our firewall settings and all other functions like ping, get macaddress, windows update, get logged on user and so on are working fine.
Can someone help me with this problem? Did anything changed in the newest version?
The non logged output commands are also not working.
The devices are Win 7 x64 with SP1

Steffen – I sent you an email to troubleshoot directly so that we can look at logs etc. What you’re describing is extremely peculiar, and I’m not sure right now what to make of it without further information.
