I had BatchPatch up and running on a machine and I can’t think of anything that changed on the machine but now when ever I tell it to search and install patches on a machine I get a “Error: 0” in the Windows Update Messages column, and “Windows Update: Error: 0” in the All Messages column. Any ideas what I should look at that may be causing this? I installed a Trial Version on a different machine and it allowed me to run the update command on the same machine (it fails on all).

    Thanks for any help.

I’m trying to decipher what you’ve written. Are you saying that there is a problem on one particular target host? Or are you saying that all target hosts have a problem? On the target host can you look in the remote working directory (typically c:program filesbatchpatch) to see if there is anything more detailed in the batchpatch error log or the batchpatch.log ?

Sorry it did get confusing. When using the machine that I have Batchpatch installed on and issue the “Download and Install Updates” command, I receive the above errors (on any machine I try). So I installed a trial version of Batchpatch on another machine and did the same “Download and Install Updates” command (to multiple machines) and it was successful. So something must have changed on the machine that is licensed with the full Batchpatch but I can’t see to figure out what it could be.
