Error message 1601

    Hi Support,

    I got error “Error 1601: Failed to retrieve WMI info. Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) – 16:49:28 ” when installing update.

    I noticed folder \\TargetServer\Programs Files\BatchPatch is missing on the target server. How is this folder deployed to the target sever? Where did I miss?

    Please help!
