Hi,
I am trying to install Windows updates for a Windows 2000 computer, however it failed with error “Failed to obtain result. Could not find file ‘\ComputerNameC$Program FilesBatchPatchBatchPatchResult.log”. I tested from the BatchPatch server and I am able to access the folder, but there is no BatchPatchResult.log in it. It is empty.
Need help!

BatchPatch does work with Windows 2000 targets (SP3 and SP4). However, we do not officially support Windows 2000. I would recommend reviewing the following link to help get to the bottom of the issue:
