    Hi,

I know Batchpatch is initially for Deploying patches/software to Windows, but we also have now some linux systems i want to remte install some software or updates (like for example for the GHOST vulnerability)

How do you think this could be best achieved with BatchPatch? Do you plan features that allow to connect via SSH to linux hosts and execute commands?

    Thank you.

    rgds.

    Hi Michael –

The current version of BatchPatch doesn not have SSH capability, as you know. That said, I don’t know of a way for you to use the current version of BatchPatch to remotely execute commands on linux systems.

We will consider adding SSH functionality to a future version of BatchPatch. Thank you for the suggestion.
