BP not finding some updates

BP is searching for updates for a Server and not finding any. If I look on the Server and search on Microsoft.com for updates, 2 updates are found.

Remote BP log:

The search query “SoftwareAndDrivers” returned 0 update(s):

There are no applicable updates

Windows Update:

Update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB3162593)

Update Rollup 10 for System Center 2012 R2 – Data Protection Manager (KB3143871)

BP Settings are for all software and all driver updates.

Cached mode and offline mode.

Hi

I took it off offline mode, but still no result in BP for this Server.

Is there something else I can do? Does it need to be off cache mode as well?

Hi, Thanks for that. That has helped me see across all servers and identify which Servers have a different update source. I do see that some Servers have Microsoft Update as source and others have Windows Update as source. I changed BP to use Microsoft update and now the search result is the same.
