    hello,

ever since i started using the new version the layout of the program always reverts back to the default version. i created a new bps file only on this version and still it reverts to default.

    any ideas?

Lee – could you please be more specific? When you say “layout,” specifically which elements are you referring to?

Are you running BatchPatch as a different account than the account that you are logged on to your computer with? If yes, is that account a member of the local administrators group on your computer? If no, is the account that you’re logged on with a member of the local administrators group on your computer?

    Thanks,

    Doug

I am having the same problem.

Basically the program isn’t saving any customizations I make to it through restarts.

For example, when the “getting started” window appears at startup, I check the box to not show it again, but every time I restart the program the “getting started” window appears. Also, when I check the “automatically start host online/offlice status check on startup” box, it is unchecked once I restart the program.

It is like wherever these options are saved it “read only” and the settings changes that I make aren’t “sticking”.
