Using BatchPatch while working from home

Hi,

Is there any way to use BatchPatch while my users are connecting and working from home?

To put it in another way: When we were all in the office, BatchPatch worked well. But we have been working from home for more than one year now, and I would still like to use BatchPatch, but can’t, because my computer can’t “see” everyone else’s.

BatchPatch can work for any computers that appear to be on the same LAN as the BatchPatch computer. When working from home this is typically accomplished through the use of a VPN. We’re not able to provide specific instructions for configuring your VPN or your VPN firewall, as they can vary significantly, so this would be up to you and your networking team.
