    We have downloaded and staged the install for Windows 10 – 2004 & 20H2. Windows requires the user to click on the Start Menu/Shutdown and then choose to “Update & Restart” to initiate the update install as opposed to a regular reboot. We can see from the BatchPatch mgmt that the update is downloaded and also run a Pending Reboot check to verify the workstation need restarted. Running a normal reboot doesnt initiate the update. Is there a workaround for this in BatchPatch to avoid touching individual computers and running the Update and Restart option from the desktop?

    I don’t know how you have “downloaded and staged the install” …

    However, I can tell you that BatchPatch can apply feature updates in two different ways, either by using the built-in Windows Update actions (make sure the update classification ‘Upgrades’ is checked under ‘Tools > Settings > Windows Update), or by using a deployment with the ISO media:
