Use Remote Process/Command 3 or 4 (Logged Output) with the following command: wusa.exe /uninstall /KB:2846960 /quiet /norestart An exit code of 3010 means you were successful, but that a reboot is required to complete the uninstallation. 3010 == ERROR_SUCCESS_REBOOT_REQUIRED July 25, 2018 at 5:09 pm #10113 DsaylesParticipant hello Doug, I’m trying to uninstall all my patches for July did the uninstall method and I also use the command prompt my output for the exit code is Remote Command: Exit Code: 2359303 July 25, 2018 at 5:17 pm #10114 dougModerator That exit code is not produced by BatchPatch but rather by the remote uninstaller. Are you trying to remove a MS Office Update? There is a comment in the following link explains how to do that: https://weikingteh.wordpress.com/2013/05/13/how-to-rollback-remove-a-patch-using-sccm-configmgr/ If it’s a regular Windows Update this should work: remotely-uninstall-windows-updates-from-multiple-computers July 25, 2018 at 5:22 pm #10115 DsaylesParticipant I am unable to login to remove from control panel i have a black screen with a cursor…I will try the second link you sent I tried it again following the steps on the website and i’m getting the same exit code July 25, 2018 at 5:41 pm #10116 dougModerator The comments section of the first link above describe how to remove MSOffice Updates. They cannot be removed with the same process as regular Windows Updates. Author Posts Viewing 5 posts - 1 through 5 (of 5 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
