Syncronization Exclusions Not Being Honored

I am in the process of adding exclusions to prevent certain Hosts from being added during AD synchronization. I have 2 hosts that continually look to be synchronized, even though they are on the exclusions list. I have even selected them as they are to be imported and selected “Delete Selected Rows – Exclude from Current and Future Syncs of the Grid”.

The only difference that I see between this and other objects that are excluded properly is the case of the letters. The current exclusions are all upper case, while the exclusions I cannot add are a mixture of upper and lower.

Any suggestions?
