Using BatchPatch 2018.8.31.11.50
When I go to Settings, the dialog is not tall enough and cuts OK/Cancel.
I can work around this using Tab but it’s pretty difficult to navigate.

Screen size is 1024*768.
September 17, 2018 at 4:11 pm #10069dougModeratorThe issue is your DPI/scaling setting in Windows. BatchPatch tries to detect and warn you if you are using a DPI that BatchPatch isn’t able to display properly, but it might not have been successful in detecting this or perhaps you closed the warning without realizing it. In any case if you change the DPI/scaling to 100% things should look normal again. 150% and 200% are also probably fine. I think the issue is when you set it to something like 125% or 175%. That’s when it will cut off part of the BatchPatch windows.
September 18, 2018 at 2:51 pm #10060kscurlocParticipantI am experiencing the same problem. I have DPI set to 100%. I’ve also tried several different resolutions. The only thing that works for me is 1280×1024 or higher.
It would be nice to have scroll bars or perhaps a manually expandable window.
September 18, 2018 at 5:20 pm #10061dougModeratorThanks. Turns out there are two separate issues here, but they manifest with the same result.
1. When the vertical resolution is smaller than 1024, portions of some windows like the Settings and Job Queue are cut off from view.
2. When the DPI/scaling is set to a non-standard value such as 125% or 175%, portions of some windows like the Settings and Job Queue are cut off from view.
To resolve/workaround please use vertical resolution of 1024 or greater. Please use DPI scaling of 100%, 150% or 200%. We’ll look into improving this for a future version.
Thanks,
Doug
October 4, 2018 at 7:28 pm #10038dougModeratorWe published a fix for the resolution issue today. Vertical resolutions less than 1024 should now display BatchPatch windows properly. However, the DPI would still always need to be a “normal” DPI of 100%/150%/200%. “Irregular” DPIs such as 125% or 175% will be problematic.
October 10, 2018 at 5:10 pm #10039kscurlocParticipantI just downloaded and can confirm it’s now working! Thank you very much for the quick turn-around!
October 10, 2018 at 5:40 pm #10040dougModeratorThanks for confirming.
