Is there any way to recover/resume a “Partial Download” file in the Cache directory? Some of our sites have spotty connections and get dropped, then recover. The downloads seem to pause and then don’t continue. For example, I have 1.7GB Cumulative Update that is at 1.4GB and it is paused/stuck. It would be nice for the download to continue after the network “blip” recovers. So far I have been having to basically kill BatchPatch and then start the downloads all over again.

If the connection drops enough to break the download, it is not resumable, unfortunately.
