Microsoft KBs not detected

Hello, I’m current has an issue with Microsoft server patches. It already happened since last month. First I check all updates available for the servers, then I choose to install them and reboot if required.

After the patches installed, I ran check available updates again and Batchpatch said there is no available update. However, when I logged in to each server to verify patches installed. I found 4-5 KBs still not installed (last month) and 2 KBs (this month). Anyone has the same issue?

Thanks Doug. that’s really help. we changed the search preferences and it an see those KBs.
