If your menustrip (File Actions Tools Help) disappears, this indicates that some saved settings were corrupted.
Close all instances of BatchPatch and then delete the following directory:
%UserProfile%AppDataLocalCocobolo_Software,_LLC
If just your toolstrip buttons have disappeared, go to ‘Tools > Reset toolstrip to default configuration’
