Hi I’m new to this. I’m trying to access local accounts on another host computer. I keep getting Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) . Both computers have the same credentials. I turned firewall off on both computers. They are both running Windows 10.
For local accounts you need to make a registry tweak on the target computers, which is outlined here at the bottom in the section ‘Using Integrated Security with a Local Account’:
