Help with Access denied

    Hey there, today I tried to install batchpatch on my work laptop and update my server which is without internet connection and error message appeared: ACCESS DENIED on every function I click on. (Also I should say we use local user accounts.) So I searched this website, found many solutions, but none of them works for me. Maybe if someone helped me with those permissions ? I’m not sure If I did everything right.

    My local account is named: PC15
    On server pc account is named: S1 but I created identical account like on my laptop and add it to the admin group.
    In credential manager I typed PC15 user credentials.
