Hi, I was trying to get Update Histories on some of my servers. I went to Windows Update->Generate Consolidated Report of Update History and when I ‘ran’ it I got the error
“Error 1613: Possible parameter count mismatch in Process.StartInfo.Arguments. Could not find file ‘\DIONYSUSC$Program FilesBatchPatch”.
I looked on that server and the BatchPatch directory does exist at that location. I tried searching for the error in the Forum, but didn’t come up with anything. What am I missing? I’m hoping that this report can list all the updates the server has had installed over the last X number of days. I don’t see any errors in the BatchPatch log files. In one of them I did see “History Search – 33 Updates”. That’s all I have. Please advise.
I’ve emailed you directly to troubleshoot. I’ll post an update here in the forum after we figure out what’s going on.
