    Hi,

Today working regularly with BatchPatch the application crashed.
Running the latest version, 2019.10..22.16 on Windows Server 2012R2.

This is the first time it happened.

Hope it’s OK – I’ll add the event logs here in case they can help figuring out what was the cause,
If there are any relevant logs I should attach please let me know.

Thanks. We are looking into it. If you figure out how to reproduce it, please share those steps here.

    Hi Doug,

I had 4 grids open, rotated between them and the action I took on each of them was “Get Pending Reboot Status + Reboot If Required (force)”, on the 3rd grid out of the 4 the application crashed.

I’ll try to create a test environment to reproduce it, but this kind of task is something I generally do with no issues.

Let me know if there are any internal BatchPatch logs I can provide.

    Thanks.

Thanks. Do you know were you using CTRL-A to select all rows, then initiate the action, then click on the next grid tab and repeat? Or were you only selecting some rows in each grid? Or were you selecting all rows in each grid but using the mouse to select them instead of using CTRL-A? And what about rotating between grids? Were you doing that with the mouse by clicking on each grid tab header or were you using some other method?

    Thanks

    Hi,

On two out of the 4 grids I used Ctrl+A to pick all of the rows, and on the two other grids I picked only one specific row with my mouse.

I’ve rotated between the grids with my mouse.
