1611: 2 Failure, 1620: 2 Failure, 1611: -2 Failure, or 1620: -2 Failure

This would generally indicate a problem with PsExec executing successfully. One example of how this can occur is if you are using PsExec version 1.x but if you are using a switch that exists only in PsExec version 2.x. So for example in BatchPatch ‘Tools > Settings > Remote Execution’ there is an option ‘Use PsExec -r switch…’ but this switch only exists in version 2+ of PsExec. If you are still using PsExec 1.x, it will produce one of these exceptions.
