    So are you saying that it displays properly in the BatchPatch interface, but it’s only after you export to XML or delimited file that there is a problem? I wonder if maybe the problem then is with the viewer that you are using to view the XML or delimited file? If BatchPatch is displaying it properly but it’s only a problem after export, I’m not sure that it would be an issue with BatchPatch. However, if you continue to have problems and you are a licensed customer, then you may contact us through our website to work directly with support to see if we can reproduce the issue with your assistance.
