I am brand new to BP, we use it with WSUS. I used it for the first time last night. When I use BP to download, patch, and reboot my servers I notice that the “Updates were installed” date (Windows Update section in Control Panel) does not change. The updates are installed, I checked. The date only changes if I install the patches by logging on and doing it.

It’s as if the computer does not know that the updates were installed because it was done by a 3rd party. Is this an expected behavior?

What is the target computer’s operating system?

It happens with all of the servers. They are 2008 R2 and 2012, and 2012R2.

This is unexpected because it used to work properly. We will get it fixed for the next release.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
