    We have been using BP for our Win7 clients with great success. Recently, we started to roll our Win10 clients, and we noticed that BP is unable to detect (most of the time) the updates from WSUS. For example, on the WSUS console we see 100 updates needed, so we approve 30 updates. Then when we check back on the BP console and scan for new updates, the result returns as no updates. Tried to disable the firewall, it is still unable to detect any updates. There was a time when we approved 50 updates, the Win10 clients are only able to detect like 5-4. Is there any settings that we are missing? Please advise. Thanks.

    This sounds like a filtering/settings issue. It does not sound like anything is broken.

    While the question does not describe the exact issue that you are encountering, the solution section should still give you all of the places to look at to figure out why you are not seeing what you expect to see.
