Error 1611: -199 HRESULT: -2147221164

Hi, I want to ask about this error this error comeout when i want to push remote update to windows XP SP2, i tried push remote update on windows 7 all working fine only windows XP have issue

this is from batchpatcherror.log

This could indicate a problem with Windows Update or deeper OS issues on the target computer. I would suggest starting with an OS repair on the target computer.

This windowsXP SP2 was freshly install , the error still same

then i try with windows XP SP3 it can update ,

so i download Service Pack 3 update and install it on the WindowsXP sp2 machine still same error,

Update :

i have found solution for this problem .

for the windows xp sp2 need to update, windows update agent to version 7.6.7600.256 existing agent is version 5 , to update windows agent

1.services.msc

2.disable “automatic update” services

3.install windows update agent 7.6
