New User – Network name cannot be found

Hello, we just recently purchased Batchpatch and are having trouble getting started. I’m guessing this is something very simple and I tried searching, but no luck.

When I connected to machines the first time, everything worked fine. I checked several machines for Windows updates and that finished successfully with good results. I then tried to download and install updates and I get “The network name is cannot be found” errors on all the machines. I tried again to check for updates and I get the same error. Other things seem to work, but updates are giving me the error.

Since it worked once I thought maybe something was up with the machine I’m working from, so I rebooted the server I was working on and I’m still getting the same error.

I tried moving Batchpatch to another machine and the same thing happened. It worked the first time then it didn’t work again with the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind. I had the remote working directory set incorrectly. It’s working now 🙂
