I have a few machines that are showing a patch is still needed after the patch was applied (KB5083769). I have verified the patch is applied via Event Viewer Setup log, Installed Updates UI, and trying to run the patch manually. If you run Generate consolidated report of update history (Windows Update Agent), it also shows via BatchPatch. Is there a workaround other than hiding that specific patch?

We have seen certain cases where with the more recent versions of Windows 11, after installing a cumulative monthly update in offline mode with the .MSI file (this is how the ‘Automatically apply offline mode workaround for CopyToCache failure’ setting checkbox performs the installation), the update can be installed but still say that it’s required by Windows Update even though it’s already present. We believe this is a bug in the Windows Update Agent that would have to be fixed by Microsoft. There isn’t anything we can do to suppress it on our end. In the app you can use the “Filter” option (Actions > Windows Update > Filter) to exclude that KB if you know that it’s already installed and want BatchPatch to exclude it from your results.

Thank you for the reply. Just making sure this wasn’t something simple I was missing.
