This is not currently possible. Before we would consider adding an option for this I’d be curious to understand why this would be valuable to you. When the email is sent the email itself has a date/time stamp just as all emails do, so what purpose is served by also putting the date/time into the subject line? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
