Hi Doug, When you run the list of installed programs, where exactly is it searching? I uninstalled a program from a PC, rebooted and when I re-ran, it’s still showing as installed. I even ran the software’s cleanup tool to make sure there aren’t any traces but BP is still showing it as installed. Where exactly is it looking for installed programs? I logged into verify it’s definitely not in Add/Remove programs and it’s been removed from all user profiles
‘Get list of installed programs’ looks in the following places:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
