Server still wanting to install updates after BatchPatch installed

I have my servers setup with WSUS, but BatchPatch doing the install.

Servers autodownload approved updates and then in Batchpatch I run the install of the updates. This all works fine but even after a reboot, when logging into the server it still shows updates need to be installed, even though it shows them in the installed updates log

Any help would be great

I have found something that works for anyone that stumbles across this

usoclient.exe StartInteractiveScan

The above command forced a check and it updated properly to show those updates installed
