BatchPatch can work for any computers that appear to be on the same LAN as the BatchPatch computer. When working from home this is typically accomplished through the use of a VPN. We’re not able to provide specific instructions for configuring your VPN or your VPN firewall, as they can vary significantly, so this would be up to you and your networking team. However, here are some general guidelines on how BatchPatch port and firewall requirements.
